です
It has no meaning. Always placed at the end of the sentence. Also to indicate that this's a polite sentence.
e.g:
私は学生です=watashi wa gakusei desu = I am a student
も
も or MO is "also" in English.
e.g:
私は猫が好きです。彼も猫が好きです
= watashi wa neko ga suki desu,.kare mo neko ga suki desu
